Description
Sunrize Ground Ginger - warm sweet aroma with a spicy flavour. A very different taste to fresh ginger.
The Sunrize Fact-ory
In the 19th century it was popular to keep a shaker of Ginger on the counter in English pubs so the patrons could shake some into their drinks. This practice was the origin of ginger ale.
Usage
Used in cakes, desserts, biscuits, breads, stir fries, vegetables, marinades, spices, dips, pickles, chutneys, jams, meats, fish, curries, seasonings.
Storage requirements
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.
