Mustard powder was invented in 1720 by Mrs. Clements of Durham, England, who successfully developed a milling process and made a fortune selling the dry, paleyellow mustard flour as "Durham mustard" - a "hot product".
Usage
Use for making Mustard, great for mayonnaise, marinades, sauces, dressings, grilled meat and fish and cheese dishes.
Storage requirements
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep in an airtight container for no more than 6 months.
